Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made through Crafted Creations (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

• All products are made to order unless specified otherwise.
• Slight variations in finish, size, or color may occur due to the handmade and laser-cutting process.
• Custom orders require final confirmation before production.

Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed via our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email.
• Payment is required in full before production or dispatch begins.

Lead Time

• Standard items: 3–7 working days
• Custom orders: 7–14 working days
• Lead times may vary during peak periods or due to supplier delays

Delivery Policy

• We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
• Orders are shipped via trusted couriers (The Courier Guy, Aramex, etc.)
• Delivery times range from 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
• You will receive tracking information once your item is dispatched.

Delivery Fees

Small items (e.g., decor < 60cm)	R80 – R120
Medium items (e.g., trays, rings)	R120 – R180
Large items (fire pits, bundles)	R180 – R300
Orders over R1,200	Free nationwide delivery

Final delivery cost will be confirmed upon checkout or quotation.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (standard items only).
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Custom items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
• If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Warranty

• Products carry a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, rust due to exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
